Draft from an outline and evidence
Ask for structure before prose when the subject is complex. Supply verified notes and mark statements that must not be changed. Tell the system to label missing information instead of filling it in.
Rewrite with a defined purpose
Name the problem: long sentences, unexplained jargon, inconsistent tone, repetition, or weak transitions. Ask the AI to preserve meaning and protected details. Compare the revision line by line when wording has legal, technical, academic, or reputational consequences.
Describe tone through observable traits
‘Professional’ can mean many things. Specify direct but courteous, calm and reassuring, technically precise, or conversational without slang. Add an audience and scenario. The right tone cannot rescue incorrect facts, so verify content first.
Summarize without losing uncertainty
Request decisions, evidence, open questions, and disagreements as separate items. Ask the summary to reference supplied headings or passages. Never rely on a summary alone for a contract, policy, medical document, financial statement, or other high-stakes source.
Understand AI detection limits
Detection produces an estimate, not proof of authorship. Human writing may be flagged and generated writing may not be. Results can vary with length, editing, genre, and language. Do not use a score as the sole basis for accusing or penalizing someone; investigate context and use a fair process.
Use humanization as editing assistance
Humanization can alter flow and phrasing. It should not be used to conceal academic misconduct, evade disclosure duties, or misrepresent who created a work. Check that facts, citations, qualifications, and the writer’s intended meaning survive the rewrite.
Human review is the final step
